What this role is all about:

Beem Credit Union is looking for a Strategic Communications Specialist to support our communications strategy in alignment with the organizational vision. Reporting to the AVP, Communications, this role is instrumental in developing and executing strategic content and messaging plans for both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will work closely with management to enhance Beem’s reputation, increase member engagement, and optimize retention and conversion rates at key touchpoints. With expertise in public relations, digital media, and corporate communications, the Communications Specialist will provide critical support to achieve our strategic goals and deliver a superior member experience.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic Communications Support

  • Ensures a consistent message across internal and external communications channels and aligns with Beem’s strategic goals, aspirations, and brand.
  • Supports the development of integrated and strategically aligned communications plans that coordinate internal and external messaging, ensuring consistency and reinforcing key organizational messages.
