Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level strategic counsel to DLH to assist with business development and growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor and coach company management on decision-making and management strategies based on military leadership principles.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 12-15 years of business development and growth experience
- Masters Degree and 10-13 years of business development and growth experience or PhD and 10 years of business development and growth experience (Desired)
- Proven track record of successful leadership roles in the Department of Defense (DoD) at a senior level, with experience in a complex operational environment.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify critical issues, and develop effective strategic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
- Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) Military Health System.
Basic Compensation: $130 - $185 per hour
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
