About the Role: 

Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where they need it. We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Marketing Director to join our marketing team and work closely with Client Success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts for our strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on the employee health and wellness space. As the Strategic Accounts Marketing Director, you will utilize your expertise to provide tailored marketing approaches for each of our strategic accounts to achieve member growth and hit key success metrics. 

Core Competencies and Responsibilities: 
  • Effective Collaboration: You will establish collaborative working relationships with Client Success, Data Science, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of marketing strategies for our top enterprise accounts.

  • Strategic Mindset: You will become knowledgeable about strategic accounts' engagement rates and associated marketing efforts, providing explanations about  performance by account and leveraging insights to influence future performance.

  • Strategic Relationship Management: You will familiarize yourself with strategic accounts, notable upcoming activities, and deadlines, actively participating in strategic account meetings to initiate relationship building with clients. You will expertly guide clients toward marketing activities that will drive engagement, and navigate them away from ideas that are high-effort and low-impact.

  • Data Driven, Analytical Thinking: You will utilize dashboards and data to track activation performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Project management and Organization: You will flawlessly execute on multiple campaigns simultaneously. You will convene stakeholders to keep projects on track and will provide visibility to any initiative that may be off-track.

  • Building for Scale: You will create the playbooks and templates that help make working with the enterprise clients more efficient and effective. You will work cross-functionally to ensure you have the data and tools you need to provide insights to clients.

Why We Are Excited About You:
  • You have seasoned experience leading strategic marketing efforts in B2B2C scenarios, with a proven ability to independently own decisions and strategy.

  • You are comfortable juggling many demands and can diplomatically influence your different stakeholders to align on a set of priorities.

  • You have ample experience leading and implementing strategies for large enterprise accounts, especially in B2B2C environments

  • You are comfortable working with cross functional teams and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

  • You have created and presented business case presentations to senior management.

  • You use available data to back up your recommendations.

  • You have strong industry experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces.

  • Experience in management consulting or client success roles will help someone succeed in this role.

Compensation Philosophy:

  • At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $108,000-$170,000.
