As a Standards and Procedure Specialist Sr within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Standards and Procedure Specialist Sr, you will be the facilitator of process and ceremonies across multiple Product and Development Teams. This role is responsible for facilitating and setting up intake calls between software developers, architects, stakeholders, etc., so they can begin the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will support our Product Portfolio manager, who is responsible for plotting out SDLC timelines from development to deployment of software.

Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking candidates who have knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Additionally, preferred candidates will have exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills. Past experience with Jira and Confluence also preferred.

• Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administration efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
• Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
• Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
• Participates in data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Under guidance from management, delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,000.00 – $100,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
