The Opportunity
CACI is seeking an experienced Staffing Plan Lead to join our elite proposal development team and drive our continued growth in the federal sector.

Responsibilities
• Spearhead staffing solutions for high-stakes government bids, including GSA AAS vehicles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft winning proposal narratives related to staffing, recruiting and retention, transition, etc.
• Lead the development of comprehensive staffing plans, from initial concept to final submission includes participating in the estimation process
• Apply your expertise in government staffing requirements (8140, Labor Categories, etc.) to give us a competitive edge
• Influence best practices and contribute to our Staffing Center of Excellence
Qualifications
Required:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Subject matter expertise of staffing best practices and proposal development
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
• Experience with federal contracting and proposal processes
• Within a commutable distance to Reston or Chantilly (NOVA or metropolitan DC area) for intermittent in-office tasks

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
