Leidos has an opening for a qualified Staffing Manager for the Multi-Domain Solutions Division. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support across all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the Department of Defense Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this role you will support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. ABMS is a top modernization priority for the Department of the Air Force and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across JADC2. This position will work closely with our product line engineering Program Managers and Industry partners.   

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers and the Product Line Engineering team in posting and filling staff vacancies.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand their staffing needs and develop position descriptions.
  • Take the lead on the review of candidate resumes and provide feedback to Program Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of the project staffing plan.
  • Communicate vacancy information and metrics with the Program Managers.
  • Onboard and monitor the onboarding/offboarding of program staff.
  • Lead the effort on providing recruiting/vacancy reports to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in staffing or recruiting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
