Staff Technical Program Manager – Collaboration, Real Estate Projects (REMOTE) 

 

 

Summary:   

GEICO’s Collaboration team is seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is passionate about driving strategic programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to collaboratively work in a high visibility role with executive stakeholders to deliver (currently confidential) projects. 20% travel time expected over the first year of position, roughly 3-4 days each month.  

  

Description:   

Our Staff TPM is a technical leader who will work with tech, real estate, and executive groups across the organization to provide coordination and drive timelines on high criticality projects. The ideal candidate has broad and deep project management experience to define inputs, timelines, and drive implementation – identifying areas of risk and escalation along the way. 

  

Responsibilities:   

As a Staff TPM, you will:   

  • Partner with key stakeholders from Tech, Operations, Real Estate, Operations, and external vendors, understand program requirements, define scope and milestones, ensure alignment, and influence teams to execute and deliver against the project plans.  

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and monitor detailed end-to-end project plans, timelines, and executive presentations, facilitating regular communications and updates to manage expectations and address concerns.  

  • Partner with Change Management team to plan and deliver effective communications and change management campaign to business stakeholders.  

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.  

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.  

Qualifications:   

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management including experience with real estate partners. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.  

  • Strong knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms such as Exchange Email, Slack, Zoom, Webex, SharePoint, etc.   

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.  

Education:  

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent education or work experience.  

  

   

Annual Salary  

$180,000.00 - $230,000.00  

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.

$115,000.00 - $260,000.00
