Summary of Position
The Staff Solutions Delivery Manager oversees key services and solutions for Teladoc Health, supporting and managing teams responsible for critical enterprise deliverables. The role will have the capacity to plan and execute on ground-breaking new digital healthcare initiatives specifically in the CCM space and manage teams to deliver on the vision. You will collaborate extensively with Technology, Product, Architecture, and Project Management partners to ensure successful strategic outcomes. You will need to understand the business side of the organization to understand which IT solutions will fit the company’s goals. Your leadership skills will be important for steering the overall process of identifying key business objectives and determining the requirements for each solution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop scalable solutions and products for CCM initiatives.
Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Advise on options, risks, and priorities.
Design and manage strategic planning models with a focus on value.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Anticipate and resolve project risks and constraints.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent in relevant work experience).
8+ years of experience in Solutions Delivery or Technical Product Management. Engineering Leadership background with a business-oriented mindset will be considered.
Experience in digital health or health tech industry.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
Expertise in Agile concepts and practices.
Proven experience with solving complex problems involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with patient-facing solutions or chronic care management.
Passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Strong preference for candidates located near and willing to work on-site occasionally in our NYC or San Jose, CA offices.
The base salary range for this position is $155,000-$175,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
