BD Software Technology Solutions (STS) division seeks a hands-on Staff Engineer, passionate about developing and maintaining a best-in-class cloud-native Clinical Interoperability Services.

This role involves creating scalable, secure, and compliant systems to enable clinical data exchange using third-party interface engines and leveraging AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, Go development, and healthcare interoperability standards.

Individual in this highly collaborative position will partner with and advise multiple teams by guiding the creation and consumption of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go, built on AWS infrastructure.

• Integrate third-party interface engines (e.g., Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody) to enable data exchange between healthcare systems.

• Ensure the platform complies with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and regulations such as HIPAA.
