We're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our IT Cloud Engineering team. Reporting to the Director, Integration and Automation, you'll be responsible for:
- You will participate in product development for Federal customers, understand FedRAMP needs, work with cross functional teams to create secure infrastructure, etc to handle dependencies, and facilitate delivery.
- Engage with customers, obtain requirements, create a product roadmap and engage the team to deliver on it.
- Deliver scalable, highly available and performant products in AWS (or similar) clouds.
- Design and develop full stack applications / services using AWS, similar technologies
- Understand the DevOps concepts, work with dependent teams to build the CI/CD pipelines, execute and support them.
- Monitor, triage and troubleshoot provisioning and production issues
- Handle platform engineering work for OnPrem application stacks, manage and maintain them up to date versions/patches.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience with government accreditations for Cloud such as FedRAMP and Impact Level.
- 8+ years of overall experience and programming skills in Python, Java, Java Spring, Java Spring Boot, C/C++, Mongo, NodeJS, Angular, Express, ReactJS.
- 3+ years in design and development of RestAPI's, Services, Applications using full stack components in AWS (or similar clouds).
- 3+ years hands-on experience in AWS stacks: EKS, Load Balancer components, Queues, Kafka, Sql/NoSQL DBs, Docker, Image Repositories, DevOps processes and tool sets.
