Are you ready to join HackerOne’s Analytics and Intelligence team? The Team’s mission is to deliver analytics and reporting capabilities to our customers while continuously innovating with features built on our robust platform data. 

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our analytics products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Principal Engineers, taking on the technical leadership of a variety of complex and challenging projects. Your expertise will drive the development of high-impact solutions that empower our customers with actionable insights.

When not leading a project, you will be an integral part of the team contributing as a collaborative software engineer, helping us achieve our goals and set new standards in the industry.

• Your first 30 days will focus on getting to know HackerOne. You will join your new squad and begin onboarding - learn our technology stack, and meet our Hackeronies.

• By day 60 you’ll be involved in building a meaningful part of one of the projects and you will have become more connected with our community and various stakeholders

• Work as a project lead together with stakeholders, designers and product leaders

• Build, ship and maintain highly-available, performant and durable features, focused on (but not limited to) hacker-facing areas of our platform

• Work with your team to deliver key results for impactful objectives

• Be a part of cross-squad initiatives

• Mentor and be mentored by other engineers 

• 8+ years of development experience within a SAAS environment

• Experience with dynamically typed, OOP languages such as JavaScript, Objective-C, PHP, Python or Ruby.
