Job Description

We’re looking for a Staff Recruiter, to join Procore’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruitment team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and scale our GTM teams across North America (NAMER). 

As our Staff Recruiter, you will drive our recruitment processes for a range of roles across our NAMER GTM teams by focusing on attracting top-tier talent that meet our company’s unique needs. You are naturally passionate about providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a great role for someone who is well-versed in hiring seasoned GTM professionals within a fast-paced SaaS organization and is looking to make an impact in their next role. 

This position reports to Manager, Recruiting (GTM), and can be based remotely in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. 

What you’ll do:

• Own the hiring process for IC & management roles within NAMER GTM, from managing HC to filling reqs

• Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to hiring partners and reinforce best practices for hiring top talent

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for engaging and recruiting a diverse slate of talent 

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for immediate hiring needs while also building long-term relationship-driven pipelines for future needs

• Set a high bar for talent, through sourcing and identifying innovative ways to build the Procore talent brand in new markets

• Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices in the SaaS industry, as it relates to Sales hires 

• Put a strong emphasis on diversity and take pride in forming teams that bring together a range of thoughts and perspectives
