About This Role: This role will enable our Risk Management Team (Strategy/Policy, Data Scientist, and Operations teams) to achieve their best work. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend the roles of an Executive Assistant and a Staff Program Manager. This role is critical to our success, requiring a professional who can manage high-level executive support while also leading and executing strategic projects with minimal direction.

Position Overview: The Staff Program Manager will play a pivotal role in both supporting the Executive and driving key initiatives within the business unit. This role demands a proactive, organized, and strategic thinker who can manage the Executive’s administrative needs while also standing up and running programs that drive our team and business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross functional processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
