Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
At BILL, the Staff Program Manager will enable the AP/AR/AC Team (Product, Design, and PMM) to do their best work by leading projects and programs, working with Product Excellence to roll out initiatives, partnering on Planning and Budgeting, and supporting the General Manager’s administrative needs. You will work on the tactical portions of strategic initiatives that drive our team and the business forward. The ideal candidate has an overall understanding of product, design, and product marketing processes, is an effective and respectful communicator, is skilled at building amid ambiguity, and is energized by operational efficiencies. We are in a period of transformation, we need someone that can come in as a generalist who knows how to grow and mature and organization through transformation.
- Support the General Manager of AR/AP/AC with possible additions in the future
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Monitor project progress, drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive culture, and establish efficient processes to support team alignment and collaboration
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, track results, and address challenges, ensuring commitments and priorities are met
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Participate in fiscal year planning and manage the day to day operating budget, including capitalization, talent, and technology
- Continually identifying and driving process improvements and share best practices
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture aligned with BILL's values, fostering team engagement and satisfaction
We’d love to chat if you have:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong program management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Ops processes, quarterly and annual planning and budgeting
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A plus if you have experience with Figma, ProductBoard, Maze
- Ability to own, drive and facilitate operations-related initiatives and programs
- Collaborative by nature, adept at problem solving, outcomes driven, you see the strategic and tactical view of things
- Strong ability to communicate succinctly with varying audiences

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
