About this role

Our platform developer productivity team is responsible for making Faire’s product engineers happy and productive. We work on tools and processes to enable Faire’s engineers to deliver software at incredible speeds. We build and maintain Faire’s CI&CD infrastructure, monorepo support, code review and IDE plugins, and addressing the most common pain points for our product engineers. 

What you’ll do 

• Build core features and improvements to our developer facing tools
• Solve problems for Faire product engineers by understanding their needs and coming up with both short term workarounds and long term solutions
• Use both qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness
• Improve the reliability, and velocity of our build and release pipelines
