The Staff Network Architect sits at the intersection of various disciplines within the IT organization, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver GE Healthcare's remote connectivity solution. In this role you'll collaborate closely with teams across Network, Digital Workplace, Identity, IT Security, and Service Desk to ensure seamless delivery of our remote connectivity product, HC Connect, and our privileged access solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining alignment with security practices while maximizing business productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the technical expert and representative for the company’s remote connectivity product across multiple projects.
Collaborate with Network, Digital Workplace, Identity, IT Security, and Service Desk teams to design and deliver effective remote connectivity solutions.
Ensure alignment with security practices and standards throughout all stages of product development and implementation.
Interact with stakeholders including employees, contractors, suppliers, and customers to understand their remote connectivity needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead design discussions and reviews, providing guidance on network architecture and security considerations.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to remote connectivity and network architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Network Architecture, with a focus on remote connectivity solutions such as VPN and SASE. (Palo Alto Prisma Access experience preferred)
2+ years of experience with privileged access solutions such as BeyondTrust.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions.
Familiarity with security best practices and standards related to remote access technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
