We're looking for a Staff IT Systems Architect to join our growing IT team in the US. In this role, you will help build upon the enterprise IT function, where you will also secure, support, and provide creative IT solutions in a remote friendly environment.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage and maintain IT SaaS infrastructure
  • Create and maintain Okta Workflows to automate complex processes
  • Monitor and maintain the global office network infrastructure
  • Design, build, and maintain IT AWS infrastructure
  • Build and maintain Identity Governance and Access tooling
  • Manage and maintain user access and control policies to all company SaaS tools
  • Produce tech specs / documentation describing current and future configurations, processes, policies and topologies
  • Create and maintain integration and automation workflows to support IT and business operations utilizing REST / SOAP APIs and webhooks
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
  • Collaborate with and mentor IT department employees, as well as providing tier 2/3 IT support
  • Stay up to date with advancements and best practices in IT systems administration
  • Participate in SOX, SOC 2 activities to provide populations, evidence, etc

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in a senior systems engineer or staff architect role
  • 5+ years IT administration experience with one or more of the following technologies: Okta, Google Workspace (G Suite), AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, Route53, S3, Networking), Jamf or Kanji, Microsoft Endpoint Management (InTune), or Atlassian (Jira Cloud / Confluence / OpsGenie / Jira Service Desk)
  • Scripting knowledge (BASH, Python, Terraform)
  • Strong experience with IT SaaS systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT systems engineering and system security
  • Exceptional collaborative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Our stance on salaries:Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $130,000-160,000The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $130,000-150,000
