Staff Full Stack Engineer

As a member of the engineering leadership team, you will help Vitally take its applications to the next level. You will get to coach and mentor engineers, and help our organization grow. And you will advocate for initiatives that help us scale while providing huge customer impact, in a fast-paced early-stage organization.

• You are an exceptional engineer with excellent problem-solving skills
• You've built complex web applications and know how to build for scale
• You've worked on various platforms and helped product teams deliver amazing experiences.
• You technically led projects which involved multiple engineering teams
• You are excited about helping make a great team environment
• You’ve worked professionally for at least 7 years as a software engineer

Additional points if you:

• Have experience with Node, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• You have a passion for UI/UX
• You've dabbled in mobile develpment

Some things you might work on:

• Architect and design engineering projects
• Help design our framework for building integrations
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and applications across Vitally's engineering teams
• Work with the engineering leadership team to define Vitally's technical strategy
• Coach engineers, help them grow their skills and their career
