Are you ready to play a key role in revolutionizing micro-mobility? As a Staff Engineering Program Manager, you will help deliver the next generation of Lime vehicles and accessories, driving innovation and ensuring excellence throughout the product development process.
You will lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from product management, engineering, design, operations, supply chain, legal, and policy teams. Your ability to identify bottlenecks, support technical decisions, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints will be essential to the success of the program.
If you’re ready to leverage your program management expertise to align cross-functional work streams, provide execution leadership, and navigate ambiguity while ensuring the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead programs through coordination of a cross-functional team to deliver next-generation vehicles and accessories from concept to launch.
  • Facilitate technical discussions across teams, focusing on product architecture, design/development tradeoffs, and integration of various technologies.
  • Provide clear and concise program health updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Manage the team through uncertainty by identifying issues, supporting decision-making, and ensuring key program outcomes are prioritized.
  • Ensure strong financial discipline by managing program costs, adhering to budgets, and identifying risks to program financial targets.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, taking proactive measures to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the program management function, implementing best practices and driving operational efficiencies for successful program delivery.

About You:

  • 6+ years of program management experience in the consumer-facing technology industry, with at least 3-4 years of experience leading large, complex engineering programs in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in facilitating technical discussions on hardware, power systems, electronics, and firmware.
  • Proven experience leading complex programs across multiple technologies and aligning work streams across technical disciplines.
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, operations, supply chain, legal, and policy teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • A requirement of this position is to be located in either Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego or Seattle.

  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in the micro-mobility, bicycle, automotive, or related industries is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $144,000 - $220,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered.
