POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Architect role at EarnIn is crucial for developing and maintaining our data strategy, ensuring data quality, and integrating data across various systems. This position is designed to address key challenges in data architecture, scalability, data governance, and real-time replication, supporting EarnIn’s business objectives and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture principles, as well as experience in leading the adoption of new data technologies.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $206,600 - $308,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We would like to hire this role as a hybrid in our Palo Alto HQ but are open to remote for the right candidate. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop Data Strategy: Align EarnIn’s data strategy with business goals to enhance decision-making and provide direction for future data projects.
  • Define and Enforce Data Governance: Establish robust data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Establish Data Stewardship: Create and define data stewardship roles and responsibilities to promote accountability and ownership of data across the organization.
  • Design Data Integration Solutions: Implement solutions for seamless data flow across systems, breaking down data silos and improving data accessibility.
