We are looking for an experienced "solution-minded" business systems analyst who will deliver important projects to lead our top-line growth. The main responsibility of this position will be to work with our partners and lead implementation, enhancements and support our integrations between Salesforce and our Learning Management systems. Additional responsibilities include administration of our LMS applications. You will be reporting to the IT Manager, Learning Management Systems, working as an individual contributor. You'll be responsible for:
- Partner with teams like Zscaler Academy, IT, Revenue Enablement, People & Culture, and GTM to define system roadmaps, strategies, priorities, and the Annual Operating Plan.
- Develop technical requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and system design specifications to guide implementation.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, address inconsistencies, and translate high-level information into actionable details.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance systems by configuring Salesforce directly or delivering well-documented design specifications for development.
- Own the solution lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining metrics, implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring functionalities.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business systems analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce and associated applications
- Knowledge of E2E Learning management processes for a business-critical SaaS technology company and experience working in an Agile Scrum model.
- Experience designing and delivering large scale, technically complex solutions on LMS, Salesforce and associated ecosystem
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-related tools, with strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Experience researching software issues and functionalities, with a preference for Salesforce certifications.
- Have experience supporting/working on LMS applications including Skilljar, Litmos, Cornerstone, etc.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
