A Brief Overview
The Staff Systems Analyst leads planning, conducting, and delivering the analysis and requirements to solve highly complex business problems through strategic technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of business and system requirements for technology solutions, working directly with individuals from various functions and levels within the organization.

What you will do
- Drives the planning, analysis, design, development and implementation of complex, cross-functional technology solutions
- Identifies gaps, improvements, and automation opportunities and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications
- Analyzes and documents current and future business process models, high level requirements/scope, and detailed functional specifications and stories scaling processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
- Manages demand intake (e.g., new projects, change requests, backlogs) with key business stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned
- Drives project estimations across organization to support project planning cycles
- Establishes systems specifications requirements and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management
- Provides leadership and guidance to other members of the team to help set quality standards and best practices
