Sr UX Researcher I - Home based-New York

About the team: This team utilizes mixed methods UX Research to drive innovation within our Health Solutions platforms

About the Role: As a dedicated UX Researcher, You will be working on mission critical initiatives' as we continue to use cutting edge technology to drive innovation and improve patient outcome.
 

Responsibilities

  • Working with senior stakeholders to decide and plan a user research roadmap and communicate findings and recommendations
  • Evidencing a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and advanced analysis skills
  • Applying a range of methodology such as contextual interviews/usability testing to suit the research question, project stage and timescales
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues involving product teams and other stakeholders in the research process


Requirements

  • Experience supporting Research Operations work, including maintaining our research repository
  • Experience presenting your research in an engaging way to different audiences
  • Experience using analytics data and triangulating this with your own research findings
  • Provide advocacy for and supporting others in conducting thorough and appropriate research techniques

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC.$100,600.00 - $167,700.00
