About the Role:

The Senior Treasury Analyst for CrowdStrike Financial Services (CFS) will be responsible for managing the company’s treasury functions, focusing on matched book management, fund injection and repayment, and maintaining optimal liquidity levels. This role is critical to ensuring that the company’s financial resources are efficiently utilized to support business growth while maintaining the target debt-to-equity leverage ratio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the injection and repayment of funds to ensure minimal idle cash and optimal utilization of financial resources.

  • Perform matched book management, aligning assets and liabilities to mitigate risk.

  • Maintain the target debt-to-equity leverage ratio, ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth.

  • Conduct cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure adequate funding for operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Tracking and management of inter-company loans. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the company’s capital structure and financial strategies.

  • Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Support the company’s financing activities, including debt issuance and management.

  • Manage daily cash and cash forecasting for CFS entities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.

  • Liaise with external banking partners to drive change and execution of treasury initiatives.

  • Participate in various treasury projects and assist in other global treasury tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, with a strong background in matched book management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

  • Proven track record in managing liquidity and maintaining target leverage ratios for financial services companies.

  • Expertise in cash flow forecasting, risk management, and financial analysis.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.

  • Self-sufficiency and autonomy, with the ability to handle responsibilities independently. 

  • Experience in FX and interest rate risk management.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
