Job Summary: Priority is actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage high-impact, complex infrastructure programs comprising multiple interdependent projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to align program outcomes with organizational objectives. You will have experience working closely with engineering, development, and operations teams with multiple products including AWS, various operating systems, virtualization technologies, and platforms like Kafka and Kubernetes. You will play a critical role in fostering innovation, driving measurable business results, and elevating program management practices to support long-term company growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Leadership:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs that drive significant business impact. 

  • Bridges the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders, focusing on system architecture, development, and implementation. 

  • Oversee multiple interrelated projects within the program, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. 

  • Mentor and guide program managers and project teams to foster a high-performance culture. 

  • Define and execute program strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.


Strategic Alignment:

  •  Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to develop actionable program roadmaps tied to strategic objectives. 

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, translating high-level business goals into program execution plans. 

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to align technical roadmaps with strategic objectives. 

  • Drive technology-forward solutions that reduce technical debt and enhance system reliability.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leadership, ensuring consistent alignment and support for program initiatives. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, delivering regular, concise, and impactful updates on program progress, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.


Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and refine best practices for program and portfolio management to enhance operational efficiency and quality. 

  • Optimize CI/CD processes, release cycles, and development workflows to support rapid, high-quality delivery. 

  • Streamline processes across interrelated projects to ensure cohesive delivery and operational agility.


Program Reporting and Analytics:

  • Design and implement advanced reporting frameworks to provide real-time program insights. 

  • Use data-driven metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform decision-making.


Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous feedback within the program management team. 

  • Drive initiatives to improve scalability, adaptability, and quality across all program activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors. 

  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, high-impact programs with measurable outcomes. 

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and data analytics platforms. 

  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; skilled in collaboration and open, candid communication with team members. 

  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability. 

  • Solid technical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret technical designs, challenges, and risks.

  • Proactively identify and address issues and dependencies, collaborating with leadership and the team to devise preventative strategies and resolve challenges. 

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), SDLC, DevOps best practices, Datacenter infrastructure, networks, systems, and storage, Large cloud migrations.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment. 

  • Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations. 

  • PMP, PgMP, or other advanced program management certifications.



Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $103k - $150k 

  • End of Year Discretionary Bonus
