We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Track deployment schedules and prepare agendas for review meetings.
- Facilitate deployment review meetings, capture notes, and action items.
- Manage the calendar for all reviewers and facilitators, including holiday planning.
- Provide feedback for process improvements and track incidents related to deployments.
- Serve as the point of contact for queries from services in coordination with program leads.
- Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans by prioritizing deliverables, managing risks, and reporting status.
- Identify and manage all dependencies across features and evaluate requirements to develop achievable execution plans.
