The Opportunity
"FICO is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Marketing Manager to support the success of FICO Platform by effectively communicating technical capabilities, value propositions, and competitive advantages to both internal stakeholders and external audiences. As Product Marketing Manager, you will drive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for one of FICO's most strategic offerings. You will work closely with product management, sales, enablement, and the broader marketing teams to define, communicate, and demonstrate the value of the FICO Platform to key market segments. This role requires a deep understanding of FICO’s technology and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging." - Hiring Manager
What You’ll Contribute
Product Positioning and Messaging.
Support the development of compelling messaging and positioning for FICO Platform, tailored to different target audiences and market segments.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging with product features and customer needs.
Work closely with the market insights team on market research and competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and opportunities for differentiation.
Technical Content Creation.
Create high-quality technical content to support product marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, datasheets, demo scripts, case studies, and technical presentations.
Design, build, and maintain product demos that showcase FICO Platform’s value in addressing key customer challenges, customizing demos to target specific use cases or industries.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop visually engaging collateral that effectively communicates the value of FICO Platform.
Product Expertise.
Serve as the SME for FICO Platform working closely with product management and architecture teams to deeply understand FICO Platform’s capabilities.
Understand how FICO Platform fits into a customer’s overall environment and be able to communicate how customers can expand their use cases.
Sales Enablement.
Support the development of technical sales enablement materials such as product guides, training presentations, and demos to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate sales representatives on product features, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
What We’re Seeking
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field; technical degree is a plus.
Some experience in B2B technology company either in product marketing, technical marketing, technical sales, or product management.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
Experience with AI in the context of B2B SaaS.
Loves hands-on technical work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information into clear and compelling messaging.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $112,000 to $176,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
