Job Description
Fandango is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development & implementation of B2B data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. You will oversee data products, ensure product quality, and drive product development within an agile framework.
Product Development & Implementation:
Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability.
Agile Management:
Co-Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term backlog items.
Backlog & Roadmap Management:
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with product strategy and business goals.
Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Process & Documentation:
Document and optimize product development processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows.
Release Management:
Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers.
Technical Support:
Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and triage incoming support requests.
QA & Testing:
Co-manage the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure product quality.
User Research:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements.
Financial Documentation:
Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation related to data products.
Feedback Integration:
Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams to inform product planning and strategy.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products.
Proficiency in agile methodologies
Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA).
Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
Experience leading remote teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
