Sr. Technical Instructional Designer

Seeq is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Instructional Designer to craft world-class learning solutions for our customers, partners, and employees. In this role, you'll design interactive, scalable training programs that drive adoption, improve performance, and deliver real business impact.

What You’ll Do

✅ Design & Develop experiential learning solutions that follow adult learning best practices, making complex technical concepts accessible and engaging.
✅ Create Interactive Content including video-based training, e-learning modules, gamified experiences, and more to support various learning styles and global audiences.
✅ Leverage Technology to curate and build innovative, scalable online training programs using modern authoring tools.
✅ Collaborate & Innovate by partnering with subject matter experts, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and drive user adoption.
✅ Analyze & Optimize learning effectiveness through metrics and performance assessments to continuously improve content.
✅ Lead & Mentor by sharing best practices, coaching internal teams, and elevating Seeq’s training initiatives.

Requirements

What You Bring

🔹 Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Instructional Development, Training, or Education is a plus.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Engineering background or experience in process manufacturing is preferred. Bonus if you’re a Seeq Certified Analytics Engineer or Instructor!
🔹 Technical Skills: Experience designing and developing scalable, online training programs using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
🔹 Creative & Engaging Content Development: Skilled in developing multimedia-rich e-learning, video, gamification, and virtual learning experiences.
🔹 Strong Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way for diverse audiences.
🔹 Project Management: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 Nice to Have: Experience with HTML5, xAPI, mobile/adaptive learning, and LMS platforms like Docebo is a plus.
