This is a newly created role, designed to help our customers succeed with their digital transformation efforts. As the Senior Technical Implementation Manager, you will work closely with the Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to help our customers solve technical challenges. You will advise our customers as they build out custom integrations using our APIs, and assist them with ATS configuration possibilities and options. You will also drive various initiatives to scale our platform and our industry impact by creating the premier credentialing experience.The ideal candidate will combine technical, product, and business skills to help our customers become KarmaCheck champions.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges to build a custom integration to fit their needs. 
  • Become recognized by our customers as a trusted expert in healthcare credentialing and background checks.
  • Understand custom integration requirements to configure data and mappings per customers’ requirements. 
  • Consult with customers' technical teams to architect & guide them in building custom connectors/integrations.
  • Manage the customer relationship and expectations, working diligently to provide solutions to any challenges.
  • Coordinate and execute testing and validation activities with customers, other integration consultants and/or third parties as required. 
  • Take total ownership of integration projects. 
  • Work cross-functionally as a member of the KarmaCheck account team to deliver a smooth customer experience, including knowledge sharing and keeping our Sales & Customer Success partners informed on customer engagements.
  • Develop familiarity with the product roadmap and provide a key voice into future iterations of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and partnerships teams to further align on partner-led solutions to support enterprise customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 7-15+ years of business experience. This might include SaaS implementation, software development, technical integrations, or other related fields.
  • Deep desire to understand our customers’ pain points.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Experience in communicating to technical and business audiences.
  • Experience architecting and implementing complex distributed solutions.
  • Knowledge of the web technology stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
  • Ability to resolve issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way.
  • Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion while achieving the desired business outcomes.

  • The expected base compensation for this role is between $160k - $200k  for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
