Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst, Learning Tools
Position Type: 12 months contract, may extend for another year
Location: Remote
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $65-$70/hr

Job Summary: This position is under the IT employee experience productivity team and works with stakeholders to utilize learning tools, including sales teams, service engineering teams, product designer teams.

Responsibilities:

• Employee experience application
• Learning technology, workday, google
• Building Tableau dashboards (custom dashboards)
• LMS

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (ex. Docebo, Intellum).
• Understanding LMS principles and knowing philosophy
• Experience using SCORM files and authoring applications (ex. Articulate Rise). 
• Not only looking for instructional designers (content designers), but also looking for candidates to look at things in the big picture, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is more system-focused (Need someone that overseas LMS tools)
• May need to implement a new LMS tool (not set yet)
• No industry requirement
