We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Staff Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of endpoint management, scripting languages, security initiatives, networking, cloud infrastructure, and various IT management tools. This role requires a versatile professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement endpoint management solutions using Jamf and Intune
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Shell/Bash, Python, and other relevant languages
  • Drive security-focused initiatives to enhance our IT infrastructure
  • Manage and optimize networking and cloud infrastructure
  • Administer and develop solutions using Okta and Okta Workflows as well as Microsoft Suite applications
  • Utilize the Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, OpsGenie, Assets) for project management and IT operations
  • Participate in on-call rotations and work occasional odd hours to support our global workforce
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the IT department

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or similar IT roles
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint management systems, particularly Jamf and Intune
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Shell/Bash, and Python
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing security initiatives
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and cloud infrastructure
  • Expertise in Okta administration and Okta Workflows
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, OpsGenie, Assets)
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and patch management (servers and endpoints)
  • Proficiency in Mac and Windows setup and configuration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration
  • Experience with Tray.io integration platform
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
