What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Program Manager, Business Operations to drive the rhythm of the business and optimize our operational ways of working in the Product and Technology (P&T) organization. 

This role can be based remotely in the US and reports to the Sr. Director of Product and Business Operations.

What will you do?

  • Develop, implement, and drive the operational cadence for the P&T organization.
  • Own process improvement initiatives that optimize operational effectiveness, scale, and success.
  • Manage key business operations processes such as capitalization, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Identify unstructured business problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to establish a change management framework that provides for the effective enablement and adoption of process improvements.
  • Support internal P&T communications processes such as cross-functional interlocks.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading multiple complex enterprise software development programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing organizational process improvement initiatives in a SaaS-based product and technology organization. 
  • Excellent influencing skills.  Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome for the business. 
  • Capability to successfully work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations, with a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
  • Experience driving program planning and execution in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving skills using data informed decision making.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$176,000—$242,000 USD
