We're looking for an experienced Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to join our Government Cloud team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager-Site Reliability Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Perform operational duties for FedRAMP cloud products, including deployments, on-call support, and incident management.
- Join deployment sync calls and conduct Operations hand-offs.
- Manage cloud infrastructure elements, including AWS GovCloud, private cloud, containers, and VMs.
- Operate and enhance monitoring systems, and drive automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) efforts.
- Write and maintain documentation, resolve escalations, prevent incident recurrence, and promote DevOps best practices.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Over 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with relevant background in Operations or Engineering.
- Skilled in FedRAMP compliance (High/Moderate levels) and continuous monitoring for vulnerability management, including scanning, patching, and reporting.
- Proficient in Linux administration, network troubleshooting, and implementing infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform) in cloud environments.
- Experienced in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, with knowledge of containerized architectures (AWS ECS, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
- Strong foundation in web security, HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, SQL, networking fundamentals, and coding (preferably Python).
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with containerized architectures such as AWS ECS and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of web security protocols including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, SQL, and networking fundamentals.
- Coding experience in Python, for automation and software integration.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
