Position:Sr. Salesforce Administrator-Healthcare

Position Summary:Responsible for executing our product vision and leading the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment including Sales Cloud. The successful candidate has a record of success in improving processes and adoption. Works closely with their manager, functional leaders, organizational units, vendors, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy technology supporting our core business processes. Oversees and assists in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Regularly communicates product outcomes and tells the product story to stakeholders.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop product strategy and impact desired outcomes. Also acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
  • Manages user access and security in the Salesforce org, including managing roles, profiles, and permissions; enforcing security policies; monitoring system usage for potential security risks; and ensuring compliance with Lumeris's data security protocols.
  • Codes and develops components, customizations, and solutions within the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Conducts requirement analysis, documents technical specifications, and write, review, and debug code.
  • Supports all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and other routine tasks. Continues to develop and customize the Salesforce.com platform using industry best practices.
  • Completes regular internal system audits, prepares for upgrades, and works with third-party vendors and Salesforce premier support to resolve issues.
  • Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Recommends design solutions that improve user experience, expand platform utilization, and align with the overall company strategy.
  • Translates business requirements and user stories into working solutions using appropriate configuration and development approaches.
  • Researches changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com in order to provide recommendations that enhance productivity.
  • Creates and maintains reporting that meets management requirements and efficiently conveys key performance indicators in multiple areas of the company.
  • Creates and maintains documentation for users, processes, approval processes, and workflow.
  • Documents system requirements, including validation rules, process builder, automation, record types, encryption, workflow, approval processes, and triggers.
  • Identifies the appropriate third-party products/applications and determines when it is appropriate to include external application developers to meet business requirements and timelines.
  • Reviews and resolves support ticket submissions and coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Develops roadmap communications and negotiates priorities.
  • Assists in training new users and grows the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for an environment supporting 100+ users, or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role 
  • Saleforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator certified 
  • Accomplished ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Effective data management abilities
  • Sharp communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong data management skills

Preferred:

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:

$98,400.00-$132,225.00
