The Incentive Compensation and Operations team plays a key role in ensuring sales teams are properly motivated and compensated for their efforts in accordance with sales, accounting and Budgeting policies.  Communication, accuracy and cross-collaboration with other teams is what can define success in this role. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is driven to find scalable solutions and results, able to seek and respond to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively respond to inquiries from Sales and Leadership in a professional way
  • Design and model different outcomes and scenarios
  • Be involved in all aspects of sales compensation and operations
  • Maintain commission systems and related data for accuracy.
  • Calculate variable payments on a frequent basis
  • Assist in design and preparation of sales compensation plans
  • Assist with liability tracking and forecast projections
  • Provide ad-hoc research and analysis on other related variable pay projects as identified by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales compensation role
  • Strong knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts and methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word software applications
  • Salesforce CRM savvy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • CaptivateIQ experience or similar ICM and/or SPM system.
  • Accuracy and focused attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise with business intelligence software; Tableau experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement

Target cash compensation range: $100,200-125.250 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
