Sr. Risk Analyst - Remote

Lithic is hiring a data-driven Sr. Risk Analyst with strong problem solving, communication, and technical skills to deliver insights into the presence of current risks, and the likelihood and impact of those we have yet to encounter. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across Risk, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Compliance Operations to create, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement of risk policies, limits, rules, alerts, and dashboards. This role is critical to enabling Lithic and our customers to optimize our risk control and monitoring efforts.

• Deep dive into past and ongoing trends and provide data driven insights that identify and predict risky behavior that could result in outsized operational, financial, and reputational risks for Lithic and our customers
