A quick snapshot
As a Sr Recruiter supporting Conga’s Go-To-Market departments, you’ll lead hiring top-talent for high-impact roles across Sales and Marketing in our North America region. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle — from building sourcing strategies and proactively engaging talent, to screening candidates, guiding interview processes, and closing offers. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you’ll play a key role in shaping hiring decisions, streamlining processes, and delivering a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience.

Why it’s a big deal…
Our Sales and Marketing teams are central to how we generate revenue, grow our customer base, and differentiate ourselves in the market. Every hire you make directly fuels Conga’s success. As a strategic recruiting partner, you won’t just fill seats — you’ll help shape how we hire, influence decisions, and ensure we’re attracting and closing the right people for the right roles.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Related experience. You’re experienced in managing the end-to-end hiring process — from intake to sourcing to offer negotiation. You’re a partner and advisor to hiring managers, while being an advocate for your candidates. You’ve recruited in SaaS Sales and understand what makes top-performing salespeople stand out. Whether it’s BDRs, Enterprise AEs, or Strategic AEs, you know how to identify and engage candidates who thrive in high-growth, quota-carrying environments. You’re also versed in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (like Greenhouse).

Strategic sourcer. You don’t just wait for great candidates to apply — you go out and find them. You have a history of sourcing and engaging talent across channels, from LinkedIn to niche platforms and diversity-focused communities. You know how to craft compelling outreach, build authentic relationships, and keep warm pipelines. Whether it’s identifying passive talent for a strategic hire or tapping into underrepresented talent pools, your sourcing approach is creative, intentional, and deeply aligned to the business needs.

Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast. It’s important that you genuinely enjoy building relationships. It’s not enough to simply be nice to others and enjoy working with others –the right person will be truly interested in getting to know their candidates, hiring managers, and business partners, in an effort to provide the highest level of service and support.

Problem Solver. You have the ability to navigate complex challenges and find solutions effectively. Recruiting involves managing diverse candidate pipelines, handling scheduling conflicts, and addressing unforeseen issues. As a skilled problem solver, you’ll help streamline processes and adapt to changing circumstances, ultimately contributing to a more efficient function and process.

Resourceful and organized. In a dynamic environment, you can manage multiple priorities and responsibilities. You’ve developed a system that allows you to stay organized and manage the ever-changing tasks that come your way in a professional and friendly manner.

Ownership. You go above just managing open reqs — you take ownership. You’re the expert on your roles and the teams you support, able to communicate what’s happening in those areas with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re providing a hiring update to leadership, collaborating with cross-functional partners, or advising a hiring manager, you know how to zoom into the details while keeping the big picture in focus. You take accountability, stay organized, and bring proactive insights that drive decisions forward.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

Initiative. You do not wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce a project that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it’s outside your scope of work -- you put a proposal together, talk to the team about it, and own it.

Collaborator. Recruitment is a team effort. Recruiters interact with People Partners, finance partners, hiring managers, and various stakeholders (HR Ops, HRIS, etc.). Strong and effective collaboration ensures a seamless flow of information, aligning recruitment strategies with company goals, and enhances the candidate experience. By fostering a collaborative environment, you can leverage diverse perspectives and expertise to make well-informed decisions and achieve successful talent acquisition outcomes.

Diversity recruiting experience. You have experience or education in inclusive hiring practices. Whether through formal DEI recruiter training or hands-on exposure in previous roles, you’ve built a strong foundation in how to identify and engage talent from historically underrepresented backgrounds. You understand how to reduce bias throughout the hiring process, from writing inclusive job descriptions to guiding structured interviews. You proactively seek out diverse talent pipelines, advise hiring managers on equitable practices, and contribute to strategies that help build a more inclusive and representative workforce.
