Job Summary
DentalPlans.com is seeking a talented Sr QA Engineer to lead the testing of our e-Commerce websites and CRM applications. The role will be an integral part of our QA and development teams for enhancements to our flagship website and CRM. This will include the coordination and development of procedures and standards for thorough testing of programs, developing automated tests, monitoring source and change control compliance, validating test and QA environments and improving output accuracy. 

This is a hands-on role which requires coding for developing automated tests using various tools. We are looking for a team player that accepts challenges and loves partnering with the development team and business to deliver delightful experiences for our customers. The right candidate will work on all areas of the QA life cycle including functional testing on various browsers and mobile devices to provide a quality user experience. The candidate will work on creating product test plans and developing automated test cases using product specifications and analyzing test results.  

What You Will Do
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks, test suites and testing roadmap
  • Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and improvements
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of software applications
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports to business stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of QA practices and methodologies
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing

Qualifications
Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or C#
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Soap UI, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance coding standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
