Target Range:

$115,000.00 /Yr. - $125,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Ensures quality of software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

This position may be 100% remote, depending upon your location OR on-site at any of our office locations to include: San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, Las Vegas NV, Centennial CO, Overland Park KS, and Omaha NE.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of software products. Monitors effectiveness of the assurance process and tools.

  • Participating in sprint planning meeting to discuss the latest requirements of software development and determining the following tasks.

  • Providing guidance and technical instruction on junior level engineer on Extreme Programming.

  • Designing, developing and maintaining related infrastructure and platform according to client's changing requirement

  • Execute tests to compare results with requirements, to verify test requirements, to identify defects, and to ensure compliance

  • Review functional, design, and data specifications and stories to derive use cases and test plans. Write test scripts, use cases, queries and plans to achieve identified quality assurance objectives.

  • Provide reference for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and helping the user‐acceptance process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance

  • Testing certification

  • Clearing expertise

  • Automation expertise
