​​About the Role:

The Care Ops Sr. Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing project intake, triage, and implementation within the Care Operations team. They will work closely with teams across the company, including Care Operations, Training, Medical Affairs, Growth and Marketing, Product, Pharmacy, and R&D, to ensure that projects and product launches meet deadlines and reflect the needs of various stakeholders. The Care Ops Sr. Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate training and communication needs, and facilitate workgroups to ensure effective project execution. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.

You Will:

  • Organizational Development:
    • Incorporate proven project management philosophies into tools and workflows used by the Project Management team.
    • Continuously improve documentation standards for the team, supporting Project Managers with effective documentation.
    • Own key cross functional relationships that foster a collaborative partnership between Care Operations Project Management and key stakeholders. 
  • Project Intake and Escalations:
    • Triage incoming project requests, including scoping and sizing.
    • Assess the impact of projects on Care Operations.
    • Drive alignment on project prioritization and communicate prioritization decisions.
    • Create and coordinate working teams for each project, ensuring designated time and communication channels.
  • Implementation Support:
    • Manage active Asana projects, tracking dates, owners, and dependencies.
    • Schedule regular cross-functional team meetings as needed.
    • Collaborate with BizOps for reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate launch communications and training efforts to ensure Hims & Hers stakeholders are prepared for implementations.
    • Communicate upcoming implementations with internal Care Operations partners.
    • Conduct Launch Readiness (Pre-mortem) meetings with stakeholders.
    • Conduct Retrospective meetings to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.
  • Workgroups:
    • Facilitate workgroup agendas for designated Hims & Hers service lines; identifying and tracking next steps for cross-functional partners. 
    • Maintain an initiative tracker for ongoing projects for designated Hims & Hers service lines.
  • Documentation:
    • Lead documentation for cross-functional decision-making and approvals.
    • Maintain the Care Operations Launch Schedule with key timelines and updates.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with managing projects; Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare or operations environment.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • A passion for working in a fully remote environment, with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry, with familiarity around clinical and customer experience operations.
  • Leadership experience in a rapidly scaling consumer tech or digital health organization.

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range is$110,000—$125,000 USD
