The Senior IT Project Manager & Scrum Master is responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects and driving the adoption of agile methodologies across cross-functional teams. This role combines traditional project management with Scrum Master responsibilities to guide teams through planning, development, and delivery phases, ensuring projects align with business goals and produce high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, agile coaching, and technical expertise to foster team empowerment, ensure on-time project delivery, and maintain clear alignment with stakeholders.

Project Management:

- Plan, lead, and execute IT projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop project plans and track project status, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining accountability for project scope, quality, and outcomes.
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
