The Senior Program Engineer (SPE) is accountable for providing technical oversight and coordination of all engineering activities within their discipline and assigned projects. This role involves guiding the development of system architectures, integration of design elements, and the implementation of project-specific technical strategies. The SPE will oversee and support cross-functional teams, potentially comprising internal staff and external engineering resources, to ensure the successful technical execution of the project. Acting as the primary technical liaison, they will facilitate communication among various departments, including systems engineering, design engineering, project management, field installation teams, suppliers, and clients. Additionally, they will ensure alignment of engineering progress with the overall project timeline, oversee resource assignments, and promote effective communication and coordination with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of client technical standards and specifications to guide project execution.

• Collaborate in crafting and implementing a tailored engineering strategy for assigned projects.

• Provide support in resource planning and timeline development that aligns with the project's scope and objectives.

• Qualify reviews and coordinate design efforts to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and effective problem resolution within their discipline.

• Oversee and support contract modifications and efficiently process change orders while ensuring strict adherence to customer specifications.
