Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a talented Manager, Production Designer to join our in-house advertising and communications agency for the Xfinity brand of products and services. Primarily based in Philadelphia, our agency produces creative content across all advertising channels, including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, and print. We also manage extensive video production for various online and in-house needs.

As the Manager, Production Designer, you will collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop press-ready art files for OOH, collateral, ads, and retail.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with various stakeholders—design, development, search engine optimization, and marketing and communications teams, among others—to produce dynamic digital content.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall understanding of product and project relevance.
  • Maintain accurate reports on the team’s overall scope of work.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to both team members and stakeholders.
  • Optimize both tools and processes.
  • Hire and onboard new team resources.
  • Present update to leadership on roadmap execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, development and business partners. Demonstrate agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with both development and business partners.
  • Collaborate with diverse partners to ensure the content will provide a consistent experience across our products.
