About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead and activate product, service, and AR launches across the platform portfolio. You will work with the best in the business, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this strategic, cross functional position. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the needs of sequencing key launches, running the operations of the launches and ensuring the process is simple, scalable and effective.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for launches you will engage cross-functionally with the relevant teams to design, plan and execute new product introductions and go-to-market activities that drive measurable success for the company. This will include working with stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, sales, and more to align on roadmap, launch timing, and to create compelling marketing moments.

You are an experienced product marketer or product manager ready to take on a challenge. You are a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have experience working with a distributed team, and you will relish in taking ownership of product marketing launch activities. A creative mindset and an eye for quality are crucial, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical concepts into simple, compelling messages. You are intimately familiar with short- and long-term product roadmaps and vision. This is a high-profile, cross functional position and as such, you will need to have strong product launch and new product introduction experience.

We are open to candidates that work remotely in the US with the ability to travel as needed to major external and internal events (approximately 15%).

What You'll Do:

  • Understand and prioritize launches across the platform vision and product roadmap, working as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.

  • Map product launches to memorable marketing moments, connecting the dots across launches to tell a comprehensive story and working as a strategic partner to the broader marketing org.

  • Manage cross functional teams to drive launch materials, factoring in creation, review, and approval from multiple stakeholders across the business.

  • Work across PMM teams to standardize the launch process and ensure every launch goes smoothly.

  • Direct a group of product and product marketing managers focused on continuously improving marketing launch processes, training launch stakeholders on best practices and the use of internal tools, and managing the release of new products and features.

  • Create a launch tiering system in place with associated bill of materials for each.

  • Act as THE launch owner, driving the project management of the launch to completion and taking ownership of measurable outcomes and retrospectives.

  • Own the marketing calendar for launches for the year and communicate the marketing calendar with executive leadership monthly.

What You'll Need:

  • 12+ years of launch management, product marketing, or product management experience with a technical product, ideally within cybersecurity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability and experience driving large, cross functional projects to completion.

  • Ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and executives.

  • Proven track record of execution on product launches, initiatives, and programs.

  • Strong business acumen and technical background.
