Sr. Product Marketing Manager: Customer & Patient Experience

The Product Marketing Manager, Clinician & Patient Experience plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our genetic testing enablement workflow and experience. This includes but is not limited to, our digital portals for clinicians and patients, patient-facing chatbot Gia®, EHR integration solutions, billing assurance program and post-test genetic counseling services.

This role will drive the strategic direction and downstream enablement to deliver a best-in-class clinician and patient experience.

What You'll Do

*Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Invitae’s suite of genetic testing workflow products for clinicians and their patients.

*Collaborate with the product team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits.

*Translate product capabilities into clear and persuasive value propositions.

*Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

*Work closely with product, sales, sales training, and customer service teams to ensure successful product adoption and pull-through

*Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

*Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies.

*Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

*Develop customer personas and use cases to guide product development, marketing and sales efforts.

*Develop sales tools and materials, including presentations, product demos, and training materials.

*Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively support pull-through


What You Bring

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

*Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B and/or B2B2C 

*Strongly preferred: Experience with SaaS technology products 

*Solid understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and customer needs

*Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams

*Highly organized with strong project management skills

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This position is eligible for benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible paid time off, Spring Health, Carrot Fertility, participation in a 401k with company match, ESPP, and many other additional voluntary benefits. Invitae also offers generous paid leave programs so you can spend time with your new child, recover from your own illness or care for a sick family member.USA National Pay Range$95,600—$119,500 USD
