The Role

The Senior, PXBP acts as a key PX business partner for the Global Omni client groups, working closely with the Director, PXBP, and the leadership teams of the Global Omni functions. This position entails extensive collaboration with PX COE leads, PXBPs, and regional PX partners to implement PX programs and talent plans that are in alignment with the business strategy, talent strategy, and cultural objectives across client groups.
