The Partner Programs Manager (PPM) is a strategic role designing and executing programmatic, innovative go to market programs that extend Coupa’s reach in the market and become a force multiplier for the company. The role works closely with our sales, product, marketing and strategy teams to ensure a value driven approach to both Coupa’s customers and partners. The role is a part of the partner organization and requires experience working with partners, and  the design and execution of go to market programs Suitable candidates will be fluent in English and have been working either in the delivery space or in the pre-sales space with delivery responsibilities. They would be expected to have sufficient seniority to be able to interact with C level Internal and Partner level resources.

What you will do:

  • Design, build and manage partner programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other organizations to drive alignment and execution of partner programs
  • Work closely and collaboratively in market with Coupa’s partners to collect, analyze and prioritize partner GTM programs.
  • Build value messaging and  identify opportunity size to drive investment and execution of new programs
  • Design GTM collateral, policies and processes and work collaboratively with operations and other organizations on the rollout, management and tracking of partner programs.
  • Manage internal and external communications related to assigned partner programs
  • Establish and track metrics with recommendations for continued improvement
  • Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines
  • Travel will be required on an as needed basis

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with partners
  • Experience building and managing a partner program, preferably in a technology environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Execution & revenue focused
  • Great project & program management skills, ability to leverage, manage & lead virtual teams
  • Structure and rigour yet able to take risks where necessary & solutions minded
  • Possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem solving complex situations
The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
•Based in Bay Area, California: $128,350 - $151,000•Based in Colorado: $115,600 - $136,000•Based in New Jersey: $126,650 - $149,000•Based in New York: $126,650 - $149,000•Based in Washington: $115,600 - $136,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
