About the RoleAs an IT Sr. Systems Engineer for Highspot, you will be responsible for managing our network systems as well as our suite of SaaS applications with a heavy focus on Okta but also help with  Azure AD, Jira, and other systems. 
You have a strategic vision of how to automate processes in hyper-growth companies and streamline operations. You have extensive experience designing, implementing and maintaining Okta. You bring enthusiasm and a customer-centric attitude to everything you do. When you see something that needs to be done, you make it happen. You’re a self-starter with a “hands-on, no job is too big or too small” attitude.  You have built your career on learning new things asking great questions and being a strong team player. Possessing strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of duties and responsibilities is something in which you excel. You have an innate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, follow through to resolve issues in a timely manner, and focus on creating a positive experience for Highspot employees at every turn.  This role works in our Hyderabad office a minimum 3 days per week and will be on call for occasional incident response during North American business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Own our Okta environment being the SME that enables new functionality within Okta and keeps a clean maintained environment
  • Own other key internal SaaS applications working with our IT, Applications, PM, Engineering, QA and Security teams.
  • You will refine our infrastructure to support a global hyper growth company pushing automation, streamlining processes, and owning user life cycle management. 
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to help define business and systems requirements for new and existing technology implementations.
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of key applications driving successful lifecycle management of new and existing applications.
  • As a senior member of our IT team in India you will mentor junior employees in various roles within the org, providing documentation, training, and leadership as required.

Your Background

  • Extensive knowledge of Okta
  • Experience in Jamf, and G Suite preferred. 
  • Experience building Okta Workflows (or other iPaaS solutions) using best practices.
  • Experience managing Slack, Jira, antivirus/endpoint protection, Office 365, Zoom, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe AEM, Sharepoint, Azure AD.
  • Experience with user life cycle management and complex SaaS system integrations.  
  • Experience with SAML 2, Oauth2 and OIDC SSO applications
  • Experience with self-registration, access provisioning, and lifecycle management. 
  • Working knowledge of Okta APIs and custom configuration options
  • Proven ability to to manage applications on a global scale supporting large deployments

Base salary range: $116,000 - $170,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
