What will you be doing?
The Sr Manager II, Product Management you will drive the product roadmap for panel and data science-based initiatives and products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Business ATP division to drive product, strategy, design, development, and execution. You will analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and work closely with operations, technology, and product marketing teams to optimize product offerings and drive growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead development, execution and management of product roadmaps for panel and data science-based products, including new product development and existing product enhancements from pipeline through launch.
- Interface directly with the Commercial teams, clients and prospects to obtain feedback on new or existing products, to identify key market needs and opportunities, and to understand the competitive landscape.
- Prepare materials including launch presentations, product update communications and data analysis.
- Represent Product in cross-functional team meetings to communicate product strategy, roadmap changes and updates to existing products.
- Ability to work autonomously in a complicated business environment that often requires a product point of view that is articulate and defendable.
- Determine product pricing and packaging strategies, develop competitive positioning, and manage rate cards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to discuss and maintain alignment on product planning and problem solving.
- Document product requirements and coordinate and conduct user acceptance, testing for new product features.
- Monitor the market and developing competitive analyses.
- Collect and manage a library of product best practice support materials including proposal templates, case studies, client presentations.
- Partner with internal Circana teams (i.e., operations, technology, and product marketing) to ensure successful delivery of commercialized products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with market measurement data within the Manufacturer or Retailer environment.
- Familiarity with data management concepts including product categorization, product attributes, restatements and change management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster collaborative interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in translating client needs/priorities into product requirements; Understands product components and manages the process of development, deployment, and post-launch activity.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytic abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience analyzing large data sets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000.
This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
